The Starter plan delivers within 1-2 business days per video. Growth plan clients receive edits within 48 hours. Agency clients get priority 24-hour turnaround. Turnaround starts once we receive all footage and your brief.
Starter includes 1 revision round. Growth includes unlimited revisions until you're 100% satisfied. Agency clients have the same unlimited revisions with priority response.
We deliver in any format you need — MP4 (H.264, H.265), MOV, or platform-specific exports. We can optimize for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, broadcast, or any aspect ratio (16:9, 9:16, 1:1, 4:5).
For single-video Starter purchases, we offer a full refund if requested before editing begins (within 48 hours of payment). No refunds are issued after work has been delivered. Monthly plans can be cancelled with 30 days notice before the next billing cycle. See our full Refund Policy for details.
Yes. All plans include access to our licensed royalty-free music library. Growth and Agency clients get premium licensing. If you have specific songs in mind, we can advise on licensing options, but that cost is separate.
You retain 100% ownership of all final delivered files and your original footage. EDITRA retains no rights to your content. We may ask permission to showcase anonymized case studies in our portfolio (opt-in, never required).
Absolutely. You can upgrade at any time — we'll prorate the difference. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. Contact your account manager or reach out via our contact page.
