Refund Policy

Policy Summary

  • Starter (one-off) orders: Full refund within 48 hours if work has not started
  • Starter orders after work begins: No refund — contact us to resolve quality issues
  • Monthly subscriptions: Cancel anytime with 30 days notice; no partial-month refunds
  • Disputed quality issues: Handled with unlimited free revisions first; escalation available

At EDITRA, we believe in straightforward, honest policies. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available and how to request them. If you have questions, please contact us before purchasing.

1. One-Time Video Orders (Starter Plan)

Eligible for a Full Refund

You are eligible for a full refund on a Starter ($499/video) order if:

  • You request a refund within 48 hours of payment, AND
  • Editing work has not yet commenced on your project

To request a refund, email Help@EditraStudio.com with your order number and "Refund Request" in the subject line. We will confirm whether your project has started and process eligible refunds within 5-7 business days via the original payment method.

Not Eligible for a Refund

  • Refund requested more than 48 hours after payment
  • Editing work has commenced (you will be notified when work begins)
  • Final files have been delivered to you

Quality Disputes

If you are unsatisfied with the delivered edit, please do not initiate a chargeback — contact us first. We will work with you through our revision process to achieve a result you're happy with. Quality concerns reported within 7 days of delivery will receive priority attention at no additional cost.

2. Monthly Subscription Plans (Growth & Agency)

No Refunds for Completed Billing Periods

Monthly subscription fees for the current billing period are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started. You will have access to the service through the end of your paid period.

Cancellation

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Cancellations must be requested at least 30 days before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month.

To cancel: email Help@EditraStudio.com with "Subscription Cancellation" in the subject. We will confirm cancellation in writing and your service will continue through the end of the current paid period.

Prorating

We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months. If you cancel mid-cycle, your subscription continues until the end of the billing period at no additional charge.

3. Stripe Chargebacks

We strongly encourage you to contact us to resolve any payment or quality disputes before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. We respond to all disputes within 1 business day.

Fraudulent chargebacks for services that have been delivered will be disputed with supporting evidence (work files, communication logs, delivery confirmations).

4. Exceptional Circumstances

If EDITRA is unable to complete your project due to circumstances on our end (such as editor unavailability, system failure, or force majeure), you will receive a full refund for the undelivered work.

5. How to Request a Refund

  1. Email Help@EditraStudio.com
  2. Use subject line: "Refund Request — [Your Order Number]"
  3. Include: your name, order/invoice number, and reason for the request
  4. We will respond within 1 business day to confirm eligibility
  5. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method
