Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of EDITRA's website and video editing services. By accessing our website or purchasing any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Please read these Terms carefully before making a purchase. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

1. Services Description

EDITRA provides professional video editing, color grading, motion graphics, sound design, and related post-production services as described on our Services page. Specific deliverables, formats, and timelines are defined by the plan or agreement you purchase.

We make no guarantee of specific business outcomes (views, subscribers, revenue) resulting from our editing services. We guarantee delivery of the edited content as described in your plan.

2. Payment Terms

  • All prices are displayed in USD and are exclusive of applicable taxes
  • Payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. EDITRA does not store your payment card details
  • One-time (Starter) purchases are charged immediately upon checkout
  • Subscription plans (Growth, Agency) are billed monthly on the date of initial purchase
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled per Section 4
  • Failed payments may result in service suspension until resolved

3. Subscription Plans

Monthly subscription plans (Growth at $1,499/month; Agency/Team at $3,999/month) are billed on a recurring monthly basis. Your billing date is the day of the month you first subscribed.

What's included is clearly defined on our Pricing page for each tier. Unused video credits or requests in a billing period do not roll over to the next month.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at Help@EditraStudio.com. Cancellations must be submitted at least 30 days before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month. Service continues through the end of the current paid period.

4. Cancellation Policy

To cancel a subscription, email Help@EditraStudio.com with subject "EDITRA Cancellation Request" at least 30 days before your next renewal date. We will confirm cancellation in writing.

We do not offer prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations. Access to the service continues through the end of the paid billing period.

5. Intellectual Property & Ownership

Your content: You retain full ownership of all footage, audio, images, and materials you submit to us. You also retain full ownership of the final edited deliverables upon receipt and full payment.

Our work product: Once full payment is received, all edited video files delivered to you are yours. EDITRA assigns all rights in the deliverables to you.

Portfolio use: We may request your permission to feature case study information or general project results in our marketing (opt-in only). We will never share your content without explicit written permission.

Third-party assets: Licensed music, stock footage, or other third-party assets included in your edit are licensed for the uses specified by their respective licensors. We will inform you of any licensing restrictions that apply.

6. Client Responsibilities

By using our services, you represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have rights to all footage and materials you submit
  • Your content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights
  • You will not submit content that is illegal, defamatory, or violates platform Terms of Service (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
  • You are responsible for obtaining any necessary music licenses beyond our provided library if you request specific copyrighted music

7. Revisions & Deliverables

Revision rounds are defined by your plan. Revisions requested outside of the defined scope may incur additional charges, which will be communicated to you in advance.

Turnaround times begin when we have received all required materials (footage, brief, references). Incomplete submissions may delay delivery.

8. Refunds

Please see our Refund Policy for full details. In summary:

  • Single-video (Starter) orders are refundable within 48 hours if work has not begun
  • No refunds after work has commenced or been delivered
  • Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable for completed billing periods

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EDITRA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption, arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to EDITRA in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Dispute Resolution

We encourage you to contact us first at Help@EditraStudio.com to resolve any disputes informally. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, both parties agree to resolve it through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, with proceedings in the State of New Mexico, USA.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
